Use only the case-scoped private picker
The implemented local-full workspace accepts authorized owner CSVs after sign-in and upload-authority confirmation. Do not send documents by email or place files in a public message; the public sample is not a private owner-document intake route.
What common states mean
- Needs review
- Sources differ or a material decision has not been made; calculations remain paused.
- Missing
- The source or fact is absent. The system does not substitute another file or guess.
- Policy gated
- The product has the route or foundation, but an approved rule is not active.
- Read only
- The case or capability permits inspection but not a mutation.
- Try again safely
- The accepted work remains stored; the failed request can be retried without reusing it.
