What the service is
Woodard Practice Readiness is a private, document-first preparation workspace for accounting-practice owners. It turns records you choose to submit into a source-traceable financial picture, three disclosed deal mechanics, and a practical readiness plan. Every number it shows can be traced to the exact record, row, and decision it came from.
The workspace is informational. It does not produce an appraisal, a fairness opinion, a recommended price, an expected-proceeds forecast, a financing decision, or legal, tax, or investment advice. You remain responsible for the business decisions you make with it.
Separate decisions stay separate
Accepting these terms is one decision. It is not upload authority, not a privacy acknowledgement, not a role disclosure, and not permission to share a report with anyone. Each of those is its own versioned, affirmative act that you take — or decline — independently.

- A separate, scoped, expiring grant to one named recipient that you issue and can revoke. It is never created automatically.

- A separate invitation carrying only the capabilities you select, revocable at any time.
The records you submit
You submit only records you are authorized to submit, and you confirm that authority before each upload. Submitted records are used to prepare your own assessment for the declared preparation purpose and for nothing else. They are not pooled into a marketplace, a listing, a buyer directory, a ranking, or any matching service — none of which exist in this product.
You keep ownership of your records and of the outputs prepared from them. You may archive an assessment, restore it, or request its deletion from the assessment settings; deletion removes the case data and the stored objects derived from it.
Outputs and versions
A published report is an immutable version. Its evidence, decisions, calculation policy, benchmark snapshot, assumptions, and engine builds are all pinned into the version, so a later change produces a new version rather than silently rewriting an earlier one. The history shows what changed between versions and why.
Publishing a report requires a stronger sign-in step. This is deliberate: an immutable version is a durable statement about your practice.
Acceptable use
Do not submit records you lack authority to submit, attempt to reach another tenant’s assessment, probe or interfere with the service’s integrity, or present the workspace’s output as a certified valuation or a regulated opinion.
Changes to these terms
These terms are versioned. A material change is published as a new version and is presented for a fresh acknowledgement; accepting an earlier version never silently accepts a later one.
