Assessment access is not acquisition access.
The active product shape is a neutral, private preparation workspace. It has no listing, seller discovery, buyer directory, matching, ranking, automatic first look, or hidden acquisition permission. A successful assessment does not silently create another audience.
Exact purpose
Document processing and review are scoped to practice-readiness preparation.
Current access
Person, tenant, role, case, action, purpose, session, and assurance are rechecked.
Separate sharing
Published report access is limited to one named recipient, one immutable version, and a revocable, expiring grant token.
Separate notices mean separate decisions.
Terms, privacy, role disclosure, and upload authority are separate, versioned acknowledgements. Accepting one does not accept another. Named-recipient sharing requires its own affirmative, scoped, expiring grant and cannot be bundled into assessment access.

Minimum operational telemetry
The product contract excludes document text, answers, filenames, financial values, credentials, cookies, and signed access links from ordinary analytics and session replay. Operational events use bounded technical state, pseudonymous identifiers, safe reference codes, and redacted outcome classes.
Deletion is a lifecycle, not an instant promise.
The implemented local workflow closes access first, records a deletion request and exact targets, removes active objects and derived artifacts, and reports delayed backup/provider expiry separately. A receipt distinguishes completed deletion from work still pending; stale jobs cannot resurrect a tombstoned case. Hosted provider execution still requires deployment evidence.
